3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for our solar subscription plans, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be the legal owner of the property where the solar system will be installed.
- Your property must be located within England or Wales.
- Your property must have a suitable roof orientation and structural integrity for solar panel installation.
- You must pass a standard credit assessment (soft credit check that does not affect your credit score).
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
We reserve the right to decline an application if, following a site survey, the property is found to be unsuitable for solar installation due to structural, shading, or planning constraints.
4. Subscription Agreement
Upon successful completion of your eligibility assessment and site survey, you will be invited to enter into a separate Solar Subscription Agreement. That agreement will set out the full commercial terms of your subscription, including:
- The specific solar panel system to be installed, including panel count, capacity, and any battery storage
- Your monthly subscription fee and payment schedule
- The duration of the subscription term (typically 25 years)
- Maintenance and warranty provisions
- Early termination conditions and any associated fees
- Ownership and transfer provisions at the end of the subscription term
The Solar Subscription Agreement is a legally binding contract separate from these website Terms. You will have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you sign the agreement, during which you may cancel without penalty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Upfront Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
